Careful consideration is given when selecting our preschool teachers. Each staff member
must meet all state requirements for employment & exemplify a high standard of Christian teaching skills. Additionally our staff are well educated, very experienced teachers who love what they do and are committed to providing students and families with a wonderful and rich preschool experience.

Director Kim Brooks has been teaching preschoolers in Santa Cruz County for the past 21 years. She studied Early Childhood Education & Development at Cabrillo College and continues to enhance her educational training by attending various preschool teaching seminars and workshops. Kim understands how important these first years of school are, and she is dedicated to providing children and their families with a well-rounded, quality preschool program.
I have been teaching preschoolers for over 22 years. I love children, especially preschoolers. Young children truly enjoy life to it's fullest. They are curious, adventersome, love to explore and learn, they have an honest and enthusiastic approach to life. Observing & teaching young children as they learn through exploration and discovery is a true joy.
I see the potential in every child to learn and grow and I am passionate about meeting them where they are at. I am greatful that I can help provide children a wonderful environment to facilitate their learning & growth. The parent partnership is one I covet along with good collaboration between staff. As a team with God provisions and loving guidance we strive to provide students the tools they need to suceed.....

I have enjoyed working with Hollie for the past 5 years and have known her for the past 14 years. She is a dynamic teacher who adores children and really values each of our students. She is fun, creative, nurturing, outgoing and a total people person. She brings joy to all who are around her * She is adored by both students and families and we are greatful to have her as part of the Calvary Chapel Children's Center team..
I have been working with children for over 20 years! I began taking Early Childhood Education at Cabrillo College when I was a Junior in High School
After graduation from Soquel High I completed my necessary college units and began working with children- I loved it!
I Love seeing the excitement & pride they have in themselves when they learn something new! For me that is the "priceless" moment! With children it's often the "little" things in life that catch their attention and matter the most. Every day offers a new adventure and a fresh discovery wheather it's about the world around them or the people in it!
I am very blessed to have the opportunity to share my days with amazing little gifts from God. I learn new things from them each day as well. What a great job!
I am also a proud mother of an 8 year old son and a 23 year old daughter who will be graduating from Texas State Univ. in Dec 2010 with a BA in Elementry Education.
Suzie Dailey
As any one will tell you who has had the privilage of working with Suzie- She is a complete delight. She is a wonderful, generous and very nurturing person and gifted teacher. She is both adored and loved by all who know her, and we are blesssed to have her as part of the Calvary Chapel Children's Center team.

I adore children! They are such a great way to start people! I admire their ability to love and laugh with ease, their honesty, and the way everything is so new and full of wonder through their eyes. As Charles Dikens wrote " It is not a slight thing when they, who are so fresh from God, love us" I am priveledged and blessed to work with children. And, to top it off, I also get to work with Hollie & Kim- amazing teachers and dear friends.
